一、基本情况

宁波市9家水泥生产企业，5月份水泥产量177.95万吨，其中散装水泥供应量157.06万吨，散装率88.26%；今年1-5月份水泥产量累计713.60万吨，同比增加103.34万吨，增长16.93%，其中散装水泥供应量共计630.23万吨，与去年同比增加95.58万吨，增长17.87%；今年1-5月份平均散装率88.32%，同比上升0.71个百分点。

宁波市104家预拌混凝土生产企业，5月份预拌混凝土生产供应量324.69万立方米，今年1-5月份预拌混凝土生产供应量累计1235.29万立方米，同比增加235.12万立方米，增长23.5%。

全市16家预拌砂浆生产企业，5月份预拌砂浆产量16.92万吨，其中干混砂浆15.98万吨，湿拌砂浆0.94万吨；今年1-5月预拌砂浆生产量累计55.12万吨，同比增加26.62万吨，增长93.4%，其中干混砂浆累计52.32万吨，同比增加24.23万吨，增长86.26%，湿拌砂浆累计2.80万吨，同比增加1.94万吨，增长225.58%。

二、运行分析

1、散装率同比上升。今年1-5月份平均散装率88.32%，同比上升0.71个百分点。主要原因：一是全市预拌混凝土、预拌砂浆使用量明显增长，企业散装水泥使用量随之增加。二是宁波市二家大型水泥生产企业散装率同比提升明显，带动全市同比上涨。其中余姚科环上升1.87个百分点、宁海强蛟海螺上升2.02个百分点。

2.水泥、散装水泥供应量同比增加。主要原因：随着宁波市“六争攻坚三年攀高”政策的贯彻落实，建设项目投资开工明显加快，水泥、预拌混凝土、预拌砂浆使用量增长明显。

3.预拌砂浆产量大幅上升。主要原因：一是随着本市“禁现”政策的全面实施，加之宣传和政策的引导、执法力度的提高、质量管控的加强，预拌砂浆产品已在市中心城区（市本级、鄞州区、北仑区、海曙区、江北区、镇海区等）全面使用，并在奉化、象山、宁海等县市新建项目中使用。市中心城区1-5月预拌砂浆使用量达46万吨，同比增加18.8万吨，增长69.12%。各县（市）1-5月预拌砂浆使用量约为6.8万吨，同比增加5.6万吨，增长509%（不含慈溪、杭州湾等砂浆外市供应为主地区）。

The main reasons are as follows: first, with the full implementation of the "Prohibition" policy in the city, and the promotion of publicity and policy guidance, the enhancement of law enforcement and the strengthening of quality control, the ready mixed mortar products have been fully used in the downtown area (city level, Yinzhou District, Beilun District, Haishu District, Jiangbei District, Zhenhai District, etc.), and in Fenghua, Xiangshan, Ninghai and other counties and cities are fully used in new projects. The amount of ready mixed mortar used in downtown 1-5 was 460 thousand tons, an increase of 188 thousand tons compared with that of the previous year, an increase of 69.12%.
